1. General Policy
All experiences require advance planning, venue reservation, staff coordination, and limited capacity.
For this reason, all bookings are generally non-refundable, except in the specific cases outlined below.
By completing your booking, you agree to this Refund & Returns Policy.
2. Cancellations by the Participant
- More than 14 days before the experience start date
- You may request a partial refund of up to 50%, or
- You may request a credit to use for a future experience within 12 months.
- 14 days or less before the experience start date
- No refunds will be issued.
- You may request to transfer your spot to another person, subject to approval.
- No-shows or early departures
- No refunds or credits will be issued.
3. Medical or Personal Emergencies
If you are unable to attend due to a serious medical or personal emergency:
- You must notify us as soon as possible.
- Supporting documentation may be requested.
- In these cases, we may offer:
- A partial refund, or
- A credit for a future experience, at our discretion.
4. Cancellations or Changes by the Organizer
If we cancel or significantly modify an experience due to unforeseen circumstances (such as safety concerns, force majeure, or minimum group size not being met), you will be offered:
- A full refund, or
- The option to transfer your booking to a future date, or
- A credit for another experience.
We are not responsible for additional costs such as flights, transportation, or accommodation booked independently.
5. Private Stays and Customized Experiences
Private stays and customized experiences involve special preparation and exclusivity.
- These bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- Date changes may be requested up to 14 days in advance, subject to availability.
6. Digital Products or Online Experiences (if applicable)
- All digital content, online sessions, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
7. Transfers
- Transfers to another person may be allowed with prior written approval.
- The new participant must meet all participation requirements.
